End User License Agreement (for the period of 23/06/2017-23/06/2022)

By obtaining access to ICUSTOMS LLC’s website pages, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree to the following terms, you shall not be entitled to use the site.

ICUSTOMS LLC’s website shall not be a commercial website, and it shall be posted on the Internet solely for informational purposes and for acquaintance with the company’s activity.

The content of the website pages is copyrighted material and belongs exclusively to their copyright holders. The reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the website content in any form without the prior consent of the copyright holders of the materials shall be permitted only in accordance with the following terms.

ICUSTOMS LLC shall agree to view by you the pages of ICUSTOMS LLC’s website on your computer or print extracts from the above-noted pages only for your personal use, without subsequent distribution, with the exception of cases when the written consent of the copyright holders for other uses is obtained. Additional conditions shall be allowed to be applied to individual documents on the website pages.

The website and its contents shall be provided to you for convenience. ICUSTOMS LLC’s website content shall be provided “as is” and “in the available volume”. ICUSTOMS LLC shall not guarantee that the use of its website pages on the Internet will be continuous or error-free.

ICUSTOMS LLC shall reserve the right to correct the pages and to remove access to them at any time.

ICUSTOMS LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses caused by special circumstances, loss of profit or interruption in the activity that arise in connection with the use of ICUSTOMS LLC’s website of and/or the inability to use ICUSTOMS LLC’s website.

By sending material to any of our servers, for example, by e-mail or through the pages of ICUSTOMS LLC’s website, you shall agree that (a) such material will not contain any objects that are illegal or otherwise unsuitable for publication; (b) you will make sufficient effort to scan them for viruses and remove any viruses or other contaminants or destructive elements before feeding any material; (c) you are an owner of such material or have the unrestricted right to provide it to us, and (d) you agree not to commence any legal proceedings against ICUSTOMS LLC regarding the materials you provide us, and also waive ICUSTOMS LLC responsibility if any third party takes legal steps in connection with any material provided by you to ICUSTOMS LLC.

ICUSTOMS LLC shall not view and not be able to view materials sent by users to its site, and not be responsible for them. ICUSTOMS LLC shall be able to remove any directed by users materials at its own discretion and at any time.

The use of all text materials shall be allowed only on the basis of ICUSTOMS LLC’s consent and with providing an active link to a source, with the exception of texts, the rights to which belong to third parties.

Photographic materials that are not ICUSTOMS LLC’s property and copyrights to which do not belong to ICUSTOMS LLC shall be posted on the website solely for non-commercial purposes, but to verify the functionality and efficiency of the website, and shall be temporary for the period of testing the website. The above-noted materials will be replaced by other ones after the end of the website testing period or earlier upon the request of their copyright holders.

Access to the website shall not be considered as granting (in any prescribed manner) any license or right to any marks indicated on the website without the prior written consent of ICUSTOMS LLC or a third party owning such marks. All trademarks shall be property of their respective owners. Other products and company names mentioned hereunder shall be allowed to be trademarks or trade names of their respective owners.

By obtaining an access to the website, the User shall acknowledge and agree that ICUSTOMS LLC, its affiliates and its service providers may send “cookies” to your computer or other access device (small volume data posted on your computer hard disk drive when visiting websites or certain parts thereof) in order to personalize your visit to the website and/or to receive more detailed information about your surfing habits and website usage during the visit. The “cookies” can contain personal information about you and can be stored on your HDD either permanently or for one session only.

You and ICUSTOMS LLC shall agree that all possible disputes concerning these terms will be resolved according to the norms of Russian law.
