Responsibilities:

• Managing new clients at all stages of goods delivery and customs clearance.
• Working in the CRM system and in your own system.
• Preparing commercial proposals, presentations and negotiations, both at the client's premises and at the Company's office.
• Interacting with colleagues from related departments to solve clients' tasks.
• Checking the set of documents for customs clearance.
• Monitoring accounts receivable.
• Processing incoming requests and warm calls.
• Attending exhibitions to search for clients.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing consolidated air, road, rail and sea shipments.
• Monitoring all stages of shipments along the entire route.
• Searching for and attracting new carriers - negotiating contracts and rates.
• Interacting with clients and counterparties on operational matters.
• Maintaining internal reporting.
• Calculating tariffs and quoting shipping rates.
• Interacting with related departments of the company.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of international logistics.

• Knowledge of the specifics of organizing international shipments.
