Invoice
An invoice is the commercial invoice issued by a foreign supplier, describing the goods, quantity, price and delivery terms. It is one of the key documents for customs clearance and for calculating the customs value.
The invoice states the shipper and consignee, the contract details, the item description, the unit price and total amount, the delivery terms (Incoterms) and the currency. The invoice data must match the contract and the packing list.
We check the invoice for accuracy before the declaration is filed.
