Which goods are subject to mandatory certification?
It depends on the HS code and the applicable EAEU technical regulation (TR CU/TR EAEU): some goods require a certificate of conformity, some a declaration of conformity, and some are not subject to mandatory conformity assessment at all. We determine the exact requirements for your goods.
What is the difference between a certificate and a declaration of conformity?
A certificate of conformity is issued by a certification body for higher-risk product categories, whereas a declaration of conformity is registered by the applicant under their own responsibility. The required form is determined by the technical regulation and the type of goods. We will identify the right document.
What is an SGR and when is it required?
A State Registration Certificate (SGR) from Rospotrebnadzor is required for certain categories, including some cosmetics, household chemicals, and baby and specialised foods. We will determine whether an SGR is required or a declaration of conformity is sufficient.
How long does it take to obtain permits and certificates?
