What permits are needed for cosmetics?
Perfumery and cosmetic products are cleared under TR CU 009: for most goods this is a declaration of conformity, while for certain categories (children's cosmetics, tanning and skin-lightening products, intimate hygiene products) a State Registration Certificate (SGR) is required. The form is determined by the purpose and composition. We select the right document and help you obtain it.
Does perfume require "Chestny Znak" labelling?
Perfume and eau de toilette are subject to mandatory labelling in the "Chestny Znak" mandatory labeling system. The codes are applied before the goods enter circulation, and the data is transmitted to the system. We will tell you which items in your range need to be labelled and help you organise the process.
How do I select the HS code for cosmetics?
The code depends on the type of product (skincare, decorative cosmetics, perfumery, hygiene) and its composition — this determines the duty rates and the requirements. Our specialists classify the product range item by item and select the correct HS codes.
What documents are needed to import cosmetics?
In addition to the standard set (contract, invoice, packing list, transport documents), you will need information on the composition (formulation) and permits under TR CU 009, and for some goods proof of labelling. We will prepare the full list in advance for your shipment.
