How do I import commercial samples of goods?

How are catalogues and promotional materials cleared?
Catalogues, brochures and promotional print materials are cleared as printed products with their own HS code. This is usually a straightforward procedure, but it is important to declare the goods and their value correctly. We will prepare the documents and complete clearance.
How do I select the HS code for samples?
A sample is classified in the same way as the main product — by its characteristics and purpose. This determines the payments and the requirements. We select the correct HS code based on the description of the sample.
What documents are needed to import samples and catalogues?
The basic set: a contract or other grounds for the supply, an invoice with a description, a packing list, transport documents; and, if necessary, permits. We will prepare the list in advance for your shipment.
