REC (Russian Export Center)
REC is the Russian Export Center, a state institution supporting non-commodity exports. It provides financial and non-financial support: subsidies, insurance, certification abroad, analytics and promotion.
Through REC an exporter can obtain compensation for part of the costs (logistics, certification) and other support measures. The terms and list of programmes are periodically updated.
