Due diligence

Due diligence is a set of checks on a counterparty and a deal (reputation, beneficiaries, financial condition, sanctions and tax risks) before starting cooperation. It reduces the risk of a bank refusal and of claims.

Checking a counterparty confirms the good faith of the deal and helps both with the bank and with the tax authorities. The results should be documented.

We will help you check the partner and prepare the deal.
