Dual-use goods
Dual-use goods are products, technologies and equipment that can be used for both civilian and military purposes. Their movement is regulated by export control.
Such goods may require an identification examination and permits (licenses). Certain electronic components, instruments and materials fall under control, among others.
A check against control lists is best carried out before concluding the contract, in order to assess the feasibility of import and the required permits in advance.
