Freight forwarder
A freight forwarder is a company that organises the transport of cargo: it plans the route, books transport, prepares the transport documents and coordinates carriers and warehouses on behalf of the client.
A freight forwarder does not always own the transport itself — its value lies in organising the entire door-to-door chain and resolving mismatches. Under the freight forwarding contract it acts in the interests of the cargo owner.
We take on the role of freight forwarder and customs clearance through a single point of contact.
