Export declaration
An export declaration is a customs declaration filed in the country of export when goods are shipped out. On import into Russia it is used as one of the pieces of evidence supporting the declared customs value and origin.
An export declaration is requested, in particular, during a value check (risk of a customs value adjustment): it shows the price and terms of export from the country of departure. It is useful to obtain it from the supplier in advance.
