Confirmation of the 0% VAT rate
Confirmation of the 0% VAT rate is the submission to the tax authority of documents proving the fact of export (a customs declaration with marks, the contract, transport and shipping documents) in order to apply the 0% VAT rate and claim deductions.
Without timely confirmation the exporter risks paying VAT at the standard rate. The key point is a correctly executed declaration and confirmation of export.
We will arrange export and help you assemble the package for the zero rate.
