Free customs zone (FCZ)
A free customs zone (FCZ) is a customs procedure under which, in a defined territory (for example, a special economic zone), foreign goods are placed and used without paying import duties and taxes and without non-tariff regulation measures.
The FCZ is used by residents of special economic zones and free ports for production and processing. The conditions and the list of operations are governed by the legislation on the specific zone.
