Conditional release
Conditional release is the release of goods while retaining restrictions on their use or disposal until missing documents are submitted, payments are made or exemptions are confirmed. It is often accompanied by security.
Conditionally released goods are considered foreign until the restrictions are lifted; they cannot be sold freely. Once the conditions are met, the status changes to EAEU goods.
