Release of goods
The release of goods is an action of the customs authority permitting goods to be used under the declared customs procedure. It occurs after documents are checked and payments are made.
With a complete set of documents and a correct declaration, release takes a short time; release against security is possible during an additional check. Refusal of release is possible in case of violations or incomplete information.
