CFR (Cost and Freight)
CFR (Cost and Freight) — an Incoterms rule for sea transport: the seller pays for delivery to the port of destination, but the risk of loss passes to the buyer on loading the goods onto the vessel. The seller does not arrange insurance.
CFR is similar to CIF but without insurance: the buyer may arrange it if desired. The freight is included in the price and in the customs value.
We will take CFR terms into account when calculating payments and clearing goods.
