Incoterms
Incoterms is a set of international trade terms that determines who bears the costs and risks of delivering the goods and at what moment, as well as the obligations for clearance.
The term from the contract (for example, EXW, FCA, FOB, CIF, DAP) affects which costs are included in the price of the goods and, accordingly, the customs value. The delivery term must be taken into account when calculating payments.
A correctly chosen Incoterms rule simplifies logistics and makes the parties' areas of responsibility transparent.
