Sufficient processing criterion

Sufficient processing criterion — a rule for determining the country of origin of a product made from materials of different countries: the country of origin is the one where the product underwent the last substantial processing (a change of commodity code, a share of added value or a specific operation).

Preferences and market protection measures depend on the country of origin. The criterion is confirmed by a certificate of origin and processing documents.

We will help determine and confirm the origin of the goods.
