Certificate of origin
A certificate of origin is a document confirming the country of origin of goods. Different forms (ST-1 for the CIS, "form A", EUR.1) are used to obtain tariff preferences on import.
A certificate of origin is needed to take advantage of a reduced or zero duty rate under a preference, as well as to confirm compliance with the rules of origin. The form depends on the country and the trade agreement.
We advise on which certificate is needed and help obtain it.
