Ministry of Industry and Trade licence
A Ministry of Industry and Trade licence is an authorisation document for importing or exporting goods whose circulation is licensed (for example, certain categories of products, dual-use goods and cryptographic equipment).
Licences may be one-off or general. To determine whether a licence is required, the goods are checked against the lists of licensed products and non-tariff regulation measures. The licence is obtained before import.
