Licence to import medicines

A licence to import medicines is a permit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to import medicines in certain cases: unregistered products for clinical trials, expert examination, provision of medical care for vital indications, and others.

Registered medicines are usually imported under a registration certificate, while special cases require a separate import licence. The document set and grounds depend on the purpose of import.

We will help you determine the import procedure and gather the documents.
