Encryption notification
An encryption notification is a notice registered with the Eurasian Economic Commission about the features of the built-in encryption (cryptography) in goods. It allows electronics with encryption to be imported without a separate licence.
A notification is required for smartphones, routers, laptops and other equipment with crypto functions. It is filed by the manufacturer or its representative and is valid for all importers of that model.
