Payment agent

A payment agent is an intermediary company that, on the importer's instructions, pays a foreign supplier when a direct bank transfer is difficult (sanctions, disconnection from SWIFT). The agent settles with the supplier, and the importer settles with the agent.

A payment agent scheme solves the problem of getting the payment through, but requires attention to currency control and compliance: the agency contract and documents must correctly close the deal and the unique contract number.

We will help build the payment into the deal taking account of currency control.
