Currency control
Currency control is oversight of compliance with currency legislation in settlements under foreign-trade contracts. Large contracts are registered with an authorized bank (the former "deal passport").
The importer is obliged to submit transaction documents to the bank, comply with settlement deadlines and repatriate proceeds. Violations of currency legislation carry fines.
We help properly draw up the foreign trade contract and pass currency control.
