Payment via third countries
Payment via third countries is making payment to a foreign supplier through a company or bank in an intermediate (usually neutral) jurisdiction when a direct transfer from Russia does not go through because of restrictions.
The scheme helps to make the payment but raises the requirements for documents and compliance: it is important that the flow of money matches the contract and currency control, and that the intermediary is not sanctioned.
We will help you execute the deal correctly and reduce payment risks.
