Product batch registration number (RNPT)
The product batch registration number is assigned in the national traceability system. It is generated on the basis of the customs declaration number and is stated in invoices and reporting when traceable goods are in circulation.
The product batch registration number allows the movement of a batch to be tracked from import to sale through documents. Errors in the number lead to discrepancies in reporting to the tax authorities.
