Sanitary-epidemiological conclusion (SEZ)
A sanitary-epidemiological conclusion, or expert opinion, is a document confirming that products or types of activity comply with sanitary-epidemiological requirements. For products, an expert opinion or a state registration certificate is now more often issued.
The conclusion may be required for goods that do not fall under technical regulations but are subject to sanitary control. It is issued on the basis of tests in an accredited laboratory.
