Risk management system (RMS)
RMS is the risk management system: the mechanism by which customs selects the objects and forms of control. Based on risk profiles, it is decided whether to inspect the goods and which documents to request.
The lower the risk of a shipment (a reliable foreign-trade participant, complete documents, a "clean" history), the higher the likelihood of a fast release without inspection. The RMS affects the choice of control channel and the depth of the check.
We prepare the shipment so as to minimize the triggering of risks.
