Technical regulation (TR CU / TR EAEU)
A technical regulation (TR CU or TR EAEU) is a document of the Eurasian Economic Union that establishes mandatory requirements for product safety and the form of conformity confirmation.
Each regulation covers its own group of goods: for example, TR CU 004 covers low-voltage equipment, TR CU 009 covers perfumery and cosmetic products, and TR CU 010 covers machinery and equipment. The applicable regulation determines whether a certificate, a declaration or another document is required.
Before import it is important to determine which regulation the goods fall under and to obtain the required conformity confirmation.
