Declaration of conformity

A declaration of conformity is a document by which the applicant confirms, under their own responsibility, that products meet the requirements of a technical regulation. It is registered in the unified register.

Declaration applies to goods for which the regulation does not require stricter certification. Test reports and technical documentation are needed for registration.

Like a certificate, a declaration of conformity is checked at customs and is drawn up before filing the customs declaration.
