Destruction (customs procedure)

Destruction is a customs procedure under which foreign goods are destroyed under customs control without payment of import duties and taxes (for example, spoiled or unsaleable goods).

It is used when the goods cannot be used or returned. Destruction is carried out by a method and at a place agreed with customs, with supporting documents drawn up.

We support the processing of the destruction procedure.
