Administrative offence case (breach of customs rules)
An administrative offence case in the customs sphere is proceedings over breaches of customs rules provided for in Chapter 16 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences (inaccurate declaration, non-declaration, breach of prohibitions and restrictions). It entails a fine and sometimes confiscation.
A case is opened, for example, when the information in the declaration differs from the actual goods. A well-grounded position and documents help reduce the penalties or terminate the case. The ruling can be appealed.
We will support the administrative offence case and prepare the defence.
