Ad valorem duty
An ad valorem duty is an import customs duty rate set as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (for example, a percentage of the value of the consignment).
This is the most common type of rate. The higher the declared customs value, the greater the duty, so correctly determining the value directly affects the payment.
We will calculate the payments for your HS code and help you defend the customs value.
