DAP (Delivered At Place)
DAP (Delivered At Place) is an Incoterms rule under which the seller delivers the goods to an agreed place in the buyer's country, ready for unloading. Import customs clearance and payment of duties are handled by the buyer.
Under DAP the seller bears the costs and risks up to the point of destination but does NOT handle import clearance. Unloading and customs payments remain with the buyer.
We will take over the customs clearance for supplies on DAP terms.
