DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is an Incoterms rule with the seller's maximum obligations: the seller delivers the goods to the place of destination and takes on import clearance and payment of customs duties.
DDP is the opposite of EXW: the buyer receives the goods on a turnkey basis. In practice it is difficult for a non-resident seller to be the payer in Russia, so the clearance is often actually handled by the importer's representative.
We will help you correctly organise the clearance for supplies on DDP terms.
