DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded)

DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded) — the only Incoterms rule under which the seller is obliged to unload the goods at the agreed place. Import clearance and payments are on the buyer.

DPU differs from DAP precisely in the seller's obligation to unload. It is convenient when the consignee has no means to unload.

We will take on the customs clearance for DPU deliveries.
