Unified personal account (ELS)
The unified personal account (ELS) is a payer's single personal account with the Federal Customs Service of Russia, into which advance payments are deposited and from which customs duties, taxes, and fees are debited when declarations are filed.
The ELS simplifies payment: money is deposited in advance into a single account, and customs debits the required amounts on release. It is important to monitor the balance so as not to delay release.
