EXW (Ex Works)
EXW (Ex Works) is an Incoterms rule with the seller's minimum obligations: the seller only makes the goods available on their own premises, while carriage, transport, export clearance and all risks are borne by the buyer.
Under EXW the buyer bears the maximum costs and responsibility — from loading to delivery. For an importer in Russia this means arranging the logistics and export clearance in the seller's country on their own.
