Counterfeit goods
Counterfeit goods — goods that unlawfully bear someone else's trademark or otherwise infringe intellectual property rights. The import of counterfeit goods is prohibited; the goods are seized and the infringer faces liability.
Counterfeit differs from parallel import: the latter concerns original goods imported without the rights holder's consent. Counterfeit is a fake, and the consequences are stricter.
We will check the goods and reduce the risks during clearance.
