Suspension of release (IP)
Suspension of release — a measure by which customs temporarily halts the release of goods showing signs of infringement of intellectual property rights in order to notify the rights holder. The period is limited and may be extended.
During this time the rights holder decides whether there is an infringement. If there are no claims, the goods are released; if there is a dispute, the matter is resolved in court.
We will support the situation and help confirm the lawfulness of the import.
