Special customs procedure

Special customs procedure — a procedure under which certain categories of goods (for official use of diplomatic missions, military units, in emergency situations, etc.) are imported or exported with full exemption from customs payments.

The list of goods and the conditions are established by regulation. The procedure applies in clearly defined cases and requires confirmation of the goods' intended use.

We will advise whether the special procedure applies in your case.
