Tariff preference

A tariff preference is an exemption from the import duty or its reduction for goods originating from countries to which the EAEU grants preferences. Origin must be confirmed by a certificate.

Preferences apply to goods from developing and least developed countries, as well as under free trade agreements. A correct certificate of origin (form A, ST-1, EUR.1) and compliance with the rules of origin are required.

We help you lawfully use the preference and reduce the duty.
