Food product safety (TR CU 021)
TR CU 021/2011 is the Customs Union technical regulation 'On the Safety of Food Products'. It sets requirements for food goods and the procedure for confirming conformity (declaration, state registration).
TR CU 021 and related regulations determine whether a product needs a declaration, an SGR (state registration certificate) or veterinary documents. This is the starting point when importing food products.
