Unique contract number (UCN)
The unique contract number (UCN) is a number assigned by an authorised bank when a foreign trade contract is registered. It replaced the former "transaction passport" and is used in currency control.
Registration with the assignment of a UCN is mandatory for contracts above a set amount. For a contract with a UCN, the bank monitors the settlement deadlines and the repatriation of proceeds.
We help register the contract and pass currency control.
