Currency (FX) compliance
Currency (FX) compliance is the bank's check that a foreign-trade transaction complies with currency legislation: registering the contract (obtaining a unique contract number), settlement deadlines, repatriation of proceeds and the correctness of supporting documents.
Currency compliance is closely linked to currency control: violations lead to requests and fines. The key point is the consistency of the contract, invoice, declaration and payments.
We will support currency control and prepare the documents for the bank.
