Anti-dumping duty

An anti-dumping duty is a domestic market protection measure: an additional charge on goods imported at dumping (understated) prices. It is levied on top of the regular import duty.

Alongside anti-dumping duties, countervailing and special safeguard duties are applied. They are introduced for specific goods and countries by decisions of the EEC, so it is important to check in advance whether a shipment falls under such a measure.

We check goods for market protection measures and include them in the calculation.
