Declarant
A declarant is the person who declares goods in their own name or on whose behalf they are declared. They are responsible for the accuracy of the declared information and the payment of customs duties.
The declarant is usually the importer (the consignee of the goods). A customs representative may file the declaration and conduct operations on their behalf under a contract.
We act as a customs representative and declare goods for you.
