Compliance
Compliance is a system for meeting the requirements of legislation, sanctions regimes and internal rules when carrying out transactions. In foreign trade, bank compliance screens counterparties, payments and documents for the risk of violations.
Whether the bank will process a payment under a contract depends on passing compliance. Opaque deals and links to sanctioned persons lead to requests and refusals.
We will help you prepare the deal documents so as to reduce compliance risks.
