Contract specification
A contract specification is an annex to a foreign trade contract detailing a specific shipment: the description of the goods, quantity, prices, and terms. It is used in customs clearance and currency control.
The specification details a framework contract for each shipment; its data must match the invoice and the packing list. Discrepancies lead to customs queries.
We check the set of documents for consistency before the declaration is filed.
