Certificate of origin form ST-1
The ST-1 certificate is a certificate of origin in form ST-1 confirming that the goods were manufactured in a CIS country. It grants the right to tariff preferences in mutual trade under CIS agreements.
Form ST-1 is used for goods from CIS countries, while form A is used under certain preferential schemes. A correctly issued certificate reduces or nullifies the import duty.
